Tony, No, I don't use www.chase.com. My problem seems to be caused strictly by AR 7.08 integration with Internet Explorer. If I disable it, my computer shuts down without any problem. Are you reading some Adobe document at www.chase.com ? Maybe what is triggering the problem is not the site itself but what you do there. Jose
