If you go to Internet Explorer - From the main menu, click Tools, select Manage Add-ons... - A windows dialogue box will open, ensure you have the AcroIEHlprObj Class present in this list. If you do not, it would point back to the acroIEhlpr.dll not registering properly. You may want to try a re-install of the product or re-register the dll manually. - close any instance of Internet Explorer, - GO to START, Run, type: regsvr32 "C:\Program Files\Adobe\Acrobat 7.0\ActiveX\acroiehelper.dll" You should get a message indicating it installed successfully. Restart and try again.
