Hi Gang, I fixed my adobe problem in a round about way. I was taking the Cnet class on how to speed up your computer. During one of the lessons you go into the registry and alter some registry settings. While in the registry I saw adobe and deleted the folder and all it's contents. The adobe folder is located in the HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE section of the registry,SOFTWARE folder. Before you do this set a restore point in case you screw up. I then went to the adobe site and downloaded adobe reader and it works fine. I hope this helps. It worked for me.
