Hi. Im experiencing the same after installing Internet Explorer 7. I knew after reading an embedded pdf on a forum i would get the error so after closing my browser i discovered that in "Task Manager" AcroRd32 wasnt closing down as it should when your browser is closed. That is why the error occurs on reboot or shutdown. Lets hope they fix it soon.
