DO NOT ATTEMPT TO DO ANYTHING WITH YOUR REGISTRY. The registry is
extremely dangerous, and you clearly don't know anything about it (it
always contains this section, and contains no files at all). I'm not
trying to be difficult about this but you could do enormous harm to
your computer if you mess with it.

I really have to recommend you seek expert help at this point.
