Multiple users on the same computer logged onto the domain have different results. One user can open pdf's from hard drive, internet, or email while another can't open the application at all. There is an hourglass indication that implies it may open but is followed by an error window. The debug process fails to work also and the error report states no known fix available. The real kicker is that the preview window in an explorer window shows the first page of the document. I am able to uninstall and reinstall the application but have the same end result. I believe it may be a registry issue but want to look for support here before trying any changes.
