4 Page Form

I created a 4 page fill able form in AA pro and had it placed on our company web site for our workers to access and fill out and print. The workers machines only have Reader. They don't download the form to open it; they open it within the browser, fill it out and then print it. (they cant save changes either).

The problem is the 4 page form has a several fields to fill out on the first page and several fields to fill out on page 4. I set the tab order for all the fields on page one and then it tabs to page 4 for those fields to be filled in and then print the form. There are users statewide using this form and some are able to use the tab order with no problems and for some the tab order will go no further than page 1 ??? I dont understand how some are able to use the tab order while other cant. Anyone have any ideas? They are all running the same version of Reader. Thanks
