In Designer, getting "The Parameter is incorrect"

Hello, when i'm in Adobe Designer and open an existing PDF, as soon as i get into the IDE screen a popup box opens with this message:

"The Parameter is incorrect"

Don't see an references in HELP or on the web that i can determine!

Thanks fro any help on this
