It seems as though a lot of people are having problems with Adobe products, however the reason for these forums is for people to get answers to their problems. Not to read about everyone else's problems. As far as I'm concerned Adobe needs to get their act together. For instance, & this is a completely different subject, I'm on DSL & the Adobe website takes forever to load a page. I can go to a website that is loaded with graphics & the page loads in seconds. Why does it take so long for the Adobe pages to load? Also, I had to register to receive support from Adobe. When they sent me the email for the Adobe membership the support phone number they sent me was wrong. What does that say for the people at Adobe? I'm just glad I didn't pay for this software. From the experience I have had with Adobe software I can honestly say I will not be buying any of their products. I sincerely hope someone at Adobe is monitoring these forums, they need to know about the problems their software is creating for people. I wonder if they even care.
