When I open a PDF file from within Internet explorer
using the Web Browser viewer mode of Acrobat, the page
displays at normal size (Zoom level) for a spit second
and then resizes to 0.01%.

This makes it appear that the document is not opening
properly, however if you click on the "Fit Width" button
your document displays properly.

I can close the document, open the very same one and it
will do it again.
