I read in the FAQ's that the default folder (My Documents) can not be changed in Adobe Reader. It's because the program looks to the Operating System (XP) for the documents folder. This is very poor, in my opinion. Just about every other Windows based program will open in the last folder that was previously accessed by the program. Does anyone know any tricks or tips that can get around this annoyance? The FAQ suggests either placing a folder "link" in the My Documents folder for quick access (unacceptable to me) or by altering the Operating System default documents folder (acceptable to me). The FAQ says that changing the default folder is a possible fix, but it doesn't tell HOW to do it. Can anyone help me here. AND IF ADOBE HAPPENS TO READ THIS, I SUGGEST THAT YOU MAKE THE READER OPEN IN THE LAST FOLDER THAT WAS ACCESSED THE LAST TIME READER WAS LAUNCHED. IN OTHER WORDS, MAKE IT WORK LIKE 99% OF ALL OTHER WINDOWS PROGRAMS! Thanks
