Hi there,

I haven't had Adobe Reader working properly on my computer for about two years now. I use Windows XP and one day about two years ago the program just stopped working correctly. When I try to open a .pdf file it takes an extremely long time and often freezes to the point that nothing but a "ctrl" "alt" "delete" will un-freeze.

Yes, I've tried reinstalling Windows and un-installing and re-installing Adobe Reader, but nothing has ever worked. With the increasing amount of .pdf files on the net, I really need access to them again.

Can you please send me some suggestions!!!

Thanks in advance,

-Jason Paris
