To everyone posted here...some of you have misunderstood...do not go to control panel to "add or remove" programs...that does not work. Download the "Windows Installer Cleanup" run the program...select all versions of Adobe that you see and remove them all from here. Mike gave you the instructions...and I dont see where anyone followed his instructions. Im not condeming anyone...just want you to see that what you are trying through the Control Panel...does not work. The windows installer cleanup removes everything you select and from the Registry as well. I had the same problems before and NOTHING worked! But once someone lead me to these instructions, it worked like a charm. Here's to the one's who know what they are talking about! Good luck.
