Importing XML Forms

Is it possible for me to import XML form data generated by an Email Submit button into Acrobat Reader, either in it's standalone format or via a (free) 3rd party plugin?

I say "free", as I work for a registered Charity, which uses PDF forms, thanks to the Trial version of Acrobat professional. I need to view applicants information AFTER the trial expires, without spending a lot of (or any) money on new software licences.

If there is any material / links that people can give, please feel free to do so.

Many thanks.
