After I downloaded and when I tried to install 7.0.8, I got error 1706: "no valid source could be found for the product."
I cancelled the installation.
When I went to the support Knowledgebase document 329964, they say to search for Acrobat_Standard_US.exe.
I do not have that file; the only one that I have that anywhere resembles it is:
AcroReader51_ENU_full.exe
This is Acrobat 5.1
I have had many updates since then.
Should I double click on Acrobat51_ENU_full.exe and allow the installer to complete the installation?
This is the first Acrobat update I have ever had trouble with.
The only CD I have is Acrobat 4.0
Thank you,
Teddie
