Just the download manager giving you a hard time (it's too common). You didn't mention what OS you have but I'll assume a newer version of Windows that can run 7.0.8? If so, download the installer directly at ftp://ftp.adobe.com/pub/adobe/reader/win/7x/7.0.8/enu/AdbeRdr708_en_US.exe Good luck.
