Purchasing foreign versions of Acrobat

I am getting the run-around from Adobe on this, I'm hoping someone can help.
I am working with a couple foreign companies and in doing so, I need to purchase Acrobat Standard 7.0 for them (evedently you can't purchase 6.0 anymore).
What I need to do is: Purchase foreign versions of Acrobat (JAP, CZE, SPA, ITA, FRN, HUN, POL) and have the boxed versions sent to me in America. Then have my company personally send them out to those foreign companies we're working with. If this isn't possible, I at least need to be able to purchase all the foreign versions and have them sent directly to the foreign companies.
Since a North American rep seems to not have the ability to help me purchase anything but English Acrobat, the best answer I can get them is "Try calling foreign resellers and see what they can do for you". Only problem is, I can't read Japanese so I can't navigate their website. Worse yet, I can't speak Japanese so I can't call and explain what I need. This holds true for every language we need. The customer service rep did little more than say, "Well, then I can't help you out."

I can't be the first person to ever need to by an Adobe product in a foreign language.
