Some PDFs downloaded from my company's website are not always displaying properly. The first page might be completely white. The problem can be solved by moving through other pages in the document; then the first page suddenly appears as if it simply had to be refreshed. Then again, the second page might be completely gray. Then, after moving back and forth, the gray page suddenly begins appearing as expected. This happens on multiple (Windows) computers but not every one. So my guess is that it had something to do with the way the PDFs were created, but I don't know what that would be. In any event, I would appreciate your help.
