Hello, I tried to load and install the new version of the Reader. But during the install-procedure I always get an error saying that it's not possible to remove the older version of the reader. So I tried also to remove the older one manually over the windows-function "system" and because it didn't work manually in the file-system and registry. Unfortunately I get still the same error. What can I do to clean the system from all adobe-parts and the to start install adobe again? Who can help me?? Thanks Ehrenb๏ฟฝck
