PDF Text displayed in mirror image

I open a PDF file and all the text is displayed in mirror image backwards. My coworkers open the same file and the text is displayed normally.

What the heck is going on here. I've already uninstalled and re-installed the latest version of reader. AdbeRdr708_en_US.exe

Windows 2000 server service pack 4
Acrobat Reader 7.0
