Creating multi-page PDF from other PDFs in VB.net

I am wondering if anyone knows if it is possible to use VB.net to allow a user or automatically take individual PDF documents and have them combined into a single multiple page PDF document.

If the user has to do anything I would only want them to select from a list which PDFs they would like to combine and supply the new PDF name.

Anyone know if this can be done?
