Have followed directions regarding Windows Installer Cleanup. It will not uninstall all components of Adobe Reader and the updates which refuse to install. I am still able to access Adobe Reader 7.0 even though it does not appear in add/remove, it still shows up in Belarc. I am still getting the Windows Installer flashes (6 of them) as I boot up. Someone must have the answer to this, I can't get rid of it and I can't install it. I appreciate your help. Lorene Lowe
