It won't print as a part of the HTML form, but you can add a print button to print the PDF with a bit of javascript:

function printPdf() {
   var objPdf = document.getElementById('pdf');
   objPdf.Print();
}

embed id="pdf" width="800" height="600"
src="http://www.irs.gov/pub/irs-pdf/f1040ez.pdf"
input type="button" value="print" onclick="printPdf();"
