I have the same problem. But I've been using Reader with automatic updates (& thus have been way past Reader 5.0) for some time. I'm now current with Reader 7.0.8.

I used to be able to open Page View, ctrl-click several non-consecutive pages, and click the print icon. The window would give me a choice called "Print Selection." That no longer happens. It's been a month or two. I need this feature quite often!

I CAN print "Current Page." I also don't think the printer has anything to do with this, since I've lost the ability to print selection even when printing to Acrobat's Adobe PDF "printer."
