I'd like a solution for this, too.

I'm using Acrobat Reader 6.01 on WinXP Pro sp2, with a dual-monitor setup. Reader always opens up short-wide centered on one monitor: about two-thirds the height of the monitor and its full width. It does this regardless of whether I start the program and then open a document with it, or open a document directly from Windows and rely on the file association to open the Reader, and regardless of the size/layout of the document.

I prefer it to open tall/narrow: Full height and page-width, unless the document itself is a different size.
