I have several customers who all have the latest version of Acrobat Reader, one is running XP, another is running Win2K. The problem is when either user attempts to shut down thier machine they recieve an error message that refers to referenced memory not being able to be "read". Has anyone else experienced this issue. I have been dealing with this issue now for almost three months and it has become tired. Any ideas?
