Since I am trying to find my issue by searching this forum instead posting a new topic, I am answering this topic with a question.

First, is a PDF considered an image? Or is it a document?

I am having the worst time getting the "select tool" to work. I click on it and then try to "select" and it won't "select."

Part of what I want to select is a logo along with the text. If I don't select the logo, I cannot capture all the text.

If I use the "snapshot tool" then it really is an image and it does not print clearly.

I did check the security of the PDF and it is not restricted.

Thanks for any help you can offer.
