Can't update from 7.0.7 to 7.0.8

I keep getting the message:

"The selected application's version is outside the range that can be updated with this installer."

I tried both the standalone and through the app itself (Help-->Update).

I'm on an 1.8 GHz iMac G5 with 768MB RAM, running system 10.4.7.
