User prints pdf file and server crashes after a few copies are printed. Printer works fine otherwise and has latest software/driver updates. Second identical server with same version reader does not have the issue. These are W2K terminal servers and the users have thin client workstations. Bugcheck error message points to Acoread32 and says it is bad_pool_caller and indicates "possible bad IRQL level or double freeing the same allocation". Uninstall and reinstall did not change anything.
