Using Scansoft's Paperport 9 to convert scanned files to pdf. Have one 18KB file we cannot open. Error message says file is damaged and cannot be repaired. Is there any hope for this file? It is very important that we retrieve the information as soon as possible. Thank you in advance for your help.
