I've been having the same problem and it's very irritating.

The spelling is ZLTCLNT.API

I found it in the resistry under HKEY_CURRENT_USER/Software/Microsoft/Search Assistant/ACMRU/5603/

I tryed to delete the lines containing the api, but the error still pops up only when opening an Adobe Reader document.
