How can I disable the two icon pdf toolbar in MS Word 2004 for the Mac? Each time I turn it off in MS Word's Toolbar preferences, quit MS Word and reopen it shows up again.

It even insists on putting itself on a toolbar line by itself - if I move it to the end of another tool bar, quit and relaunch Word it is back to a line by itself. This happens on all three of my Macs running OS X 10.3.9 and 10.4.7

thanks
Bill
