Hi Steve, For what it's worth we have a user here with the same problem. She is running XP Pro with SP2 and on her machine she has Adobe Pagemaker 7.0 Abode Photoshop 6.0 Abode Photoshop CS Adobe Reader 7.0.8 Adobe SVG Viewer 3.0 There is also an "Abode 5.0" folder under "Program Files" although its not listed under "Add/Remove Programs" We recently had problems viewing PDF files from IE so under Edit > Preferences > Internet we unchecked "Display PDF in Browser" Now double clicking gives "x.pdf is not a valid Win32 application" but "Open with Adobe Reader 7.0" works fine. I have not seen this problem raised anywhere else and I see noone has posted a solution to your post. Can anyone help?
