I've been having the exact same problem for weeks.. it actually happened months ago as well, but then started working okay (change of internet service provider) and now it's started up again.. i did change to another service provider.. not sure if it started again at the same time...

But it's impossible to work with! I need to see pdfs from websites.. would love to hear a solution!
