DRM Activation done but not able to view Adobe files saved to CD

The message on Adobe website indicates that the outside storage file was set up under another activation authorization so it tells me to do the following
Solution: Click here to visit a Web site specified by the publisher where you can obtain permission to open the document on this computer.
So I did what it said and got the permission again! But it still gives me the same error message.
