Selecting Images

I had an older version of Reader (v. 5) that would allow me to select a portion of the document, copy it and paste it onto a Word Document; I use this feature for job handbooks. I got a new PC and it runs v.7 which has the snapshot tool for that function instead of the image select (image select is apparently just for images now). Anyway, the snap shot tool has terrible resolution when printing the Word doc (very grainy and pixelated). Is there a way to fix this problem?

Thanks
