Can't print due to font error and token A.....HELP!!!!!!

I was sent a file to print in pdf format. I never have problems with printing but for some reason the following message came when I first opened the document:

"An unrecognized token A was found"

Then, when I click okay, another window pops ups and says:

Cannot extract the embedded font ZZQSYL+TimesNewRomanPS-BoldMT. Some characters may not display or print correctly.

The 68 page document is missing much of the wording and I don't know what to do!!!

I had 6.0 downloaded then I uninstalled that and upgraded to 7.0 and the problem still exists. I have Windows XP Pro 2002.

Any input is greatly appreciated!
