When I go to Time Warners web site and view my monthly statement and then 
try and save it to my hard drive it doesn't allow me to. I used to be able 
to email the statement to myself and I can no longer do that either. All my 
other accounts (Vectren, Discover, HSBC etc) allows me to save it to my hard 
drive. I don't understand why Time Warner doesn't work. I spent over an hour 
talking to Time Warner about this and was unable to solve the problem. I 
downloaded and reinstalled Reader 9 but that didn't help either. I tried 
looking for an earlier version of Reader and couldn't find any. I have Vista 
Home Basic. Any help would be appreciated' Thanks.
