It appears that 7.0.9 will not open the Aux URL parameter as you have it listed above. However, Acrobat/Reader 8 appears to have fixed this bug. I think previous versions of Acrobat/Reader 7 did not have this bug, I'm not sure which dot released introduce the bug, I'm betting 7.0.5.
