It seems that Adobe has convinced everyone to download their new 8.0 version. It seems that everything works fine until you go to print and find out that the screen reverts back to the old screen and your file does not print. Not only that none of your other pdf or acrobat file will print. Yes you will find out that all your other programs run fine and that if you attach and send the attached files to another computer they will print in the old Acrobat version.

So you see it looks like you will need to call support and pay Adobe so that you will be able to print your files. This is true marketing. Ask to have everyone update to version 8 so that you can get support money. It seems best to scan all files in a non Acrobat file so eventually we all can read AND print our files.

Try calling, they are closed. Try on-line help....not available.

I see other are having the same problem. If they were serious about solving the problem they would have it listed the solution on their web-site as you logged in. As more people get sucked up into the 'free' upgrade more will end up paying their support fee.

I am very interested in hearing from Adobe or a user and finding out why upgrading to 8.0 stops me from printing and why they let it happen.
