Hi Mark and others,

Well, guess what? It appears that I have fixed my problem with the Reader Updater causing my CPU to load up to 100%. All I did was use the Adobe installation repair feature found in the Help menu. It worked like a charm. I've since downloaded several pages to Reader of varying lengths and all went off without a hitch. Hope this helps others. Thanks for all your help.

Regards,

Karla
