Re-download the Adobe Reader application Clicked Run when prompted (This will begin the file extraction) When prompted to begin the installation, copy the files from: C:\Users\<user name>\AppData\LocalLow\Netopsystems\Temp to your C:\Adobe folder. D:\Users\username\AppData\LocalLow\Netopsystems\temp\Adobe Reader 8.0 Copied files to D:\Users\username\Downloads\Netopsystems\temp\Adobe Reader 8.0 Now seem able to install Thanks for the help!
