The download gets to the point where the older version is to be removed and stops. The point it stops is at application ac76ba86-7ad7-1033-7b44a. I have tried to remove any adobie from my computer and can't find any more. The MS removal in control pannel shows adobie 7 on the list, but the "repair/remove" control is not active. I have not been able to find the file or any "adobie" using the "find" feature. I am out of ideas. Please help.
