adobe reader 8 scrolling problem

when vertical scrolling, the window becomes unstable, shows partial pages and part of the desktop window shows up in the reader window. After scrolling to the bottom of page the reader window looks ok. when paging up several repeated tool bars appear. Clicking on one page at a time fixes it but it then resizes the page. It Always errors when fill the window is clicked and you do a vertical scroll. What aq bummer. I am not using the vertical scrolling now buy only the rt and left arrows.
