After Reader 8.0 is installed, the first time you open it, you must agree to accept the license. It appears to me that access to the license page is only through Internet Explorer. Unfortunately, Firefox is my default browser and Internet Explorer is "broken" as the result of a failed installation of a version 7 release candidate. When I open Reader 8.0, one screen flashes on and off instantly, leaving me with a screen telling me that "Internet Explorer cannot display the webpage." At that point all I can do is close Reader. I have tried to uninstall IE7 and Reader 8 and 7. Nothing as helped. What can I do, other that wiping my computer and reinstalling everything?
