I have Windows 98 SE and have an old Adobe Acrobat Reader 3.0 I have several times downloaded Adobe Reader 6.0.1 It downloads and I run the open feature. At the end it comes up with an error message - THIS OPERATING SYSTEM IS NOT SUPPORTED. SETUP WILL NOW TERMINATE. When I check for it under Control Panel - Add/Remove programs it is not there. What am I doing wrong? Also can I try to load a higher version onto my Windows 98 SE system? Help is appreciated.
