Hello all, my problem may sound very simple to many of you high tech people but I can't find a solution. It only happens on a certain web site - but the support people tell me it is not their problem. So, when I am on the site and I try to print reports I get this message "Cannot find or create the font "Arial". Some characters may not display or print correctly". Actually, my report looks like a dot matrix report! It is only a problem on my new computer - never had this issue before, so it could be a configuration problem. I dowloaded the reports to my memory stick and tried at home - no issues. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Rachel
