Having difficulty upgrading to 7.0.8, 7.0.9 or even version 8. 'I get an "error 1714. The older version of Reader8 cannot be removed. Contact technical support." I cannot remove version 7.0.7 I get an error message that the installation source is not available. I have tried to download version 7.0.7 but get same type of message; "resource is not avaiable". How do I get past this catch 22.
