Just downloaded AR 8 to replace 7 which refused to work on new laptop with up to date Win XP Media. The 7.0 on computer shows "internal error" and immediately closed. I removed thru ADD/INNS and downloaded 8. It stays open about 5 secs and windows error "encountered error and must close- sent error report to Micro. How do I get some version of reader to work?
