I have successfully used commenting tools in a PDF that were enabled by someone using Acrobat 7. Now she has sent me a new PDF in which she enabled the tools. However when I download the document, I get a message that says: "This document contained certain rights to enable special features in Adobe Reader. The document has been changed since it was created and these rights are no longer valid. Please contact the author for the original version of this document." Meanwhile she sent a third person this same document and that person did get the commenting toolbar. So there must be something on my computer that's causing the problem, but I cannot figure out what it could be, especially since a couple of weeks ago we had no problem. Meanwhile we're under time pressure. If this info is helpful, I'm using XP and Eudora and Firefox. She also sent the file to my other 2 email addresses at yahoo and gmail, but I got the same message when I opened the file there too.
